Millport House DetailsThe house is of a classic early twentieth century Hebridean design with
two double bedrooms and a single bedroom on the first floor, a sitting/dining room and another
bedroom with two sets of bunks on the ground floor. There is a downstairs bathroom, porch and kitchen extension.
It comfortably sleeps four to five adults with space for several children. The house has duvets but please bring your own sheets and towels. The cottage is well equipped and comfortable with a wood burning stove, storage heaters and blow fires in each bedroom and electric blankets on the double beds. There is a good CD sound system but no television. Use of the telephone is permitted on an "honesty-box" basis. The kitchen has an electric stove and oven, a fridge and a washing machine. There is a freezer and a tumble drier in the porch. The kitchen is stocked with essentials and we ask that you replace what you use. The house stands in about 250m2 of fenced in-bye land and has ample outside seating. Dogs are allowed but under strict supervision, especially during the Spring lambing and nesting seasons.
